The Creative Word Shop runs Creative Writing Workshops for Kids and Adults as well as providing editing and writing services to individuals and businesses. Since our founding in 2015, we have taught over 5000 students in the Hunter Region, while Director, Ed Wright is a renowned editor and publisher in Australia and beyond as well as being the author of over ten published books himself. We are lucky to have a range of local creatives such as Jess Black, David Kelly, Dvid Gairdner and more, who come in and provide their insights, experience and brilliance to our classes.
